Liptons.ca are an established, specialist supplier of high-end home audio and video equipment from some of the world’s biggest brands available to buy both online and in-store. Based in Ontario Canada, this client has worked with us since the middle of 2023.

Problem
Like millions of others across the world, Lipton’s were using WordPress and WooCommerce as an ecommerce platform. WordPress is not an ecommerce platform, it’s a publishing platform. WooCommerce is a plugin which gives your blog the ability to sell online, that’s it.
The business has a thriving in-store business but this was not reflected online. Their online business had received little attention over the years and was in need of a complete overhaul to bring the brand inline with its in-store products, services and performance.

Solution

We provided the client with a detailed design brief questionnaire to get the exact look and feel they wanted for their new store.
We migrated all data from Woocommerce into Shopify using the required formatting for previous orders, customers and contacts.
We installed the latest version of our RankHigherTheme.
We designed and built the client completely custom design from scratch and worked closely with the client to match their very specific requirements.
We manually optimized a new product feed of 2800+ SKU’s to maximize performance in the search engines, our product filter tech and for the Google Shopping Comparison Service.
We planned, installed and configured our Shopify AAP® SEO Product Filter tech which unleashed 100’s more fully optimized, high converting landing pages in the search engines and allowed browsers to filter products by brand, color and product type.
We created custom page templates for the many services that they offered and tagged certain products for ‘buy in-store only’.
We installed and configured all apps that were necessary to reflect the client’s business model and operations.
We ran post launch technical analysis to ensure a smooth migration to our tech.
We have recently launched a bespoke product page template for specific product ranges.
We provide ongoing monthly web maintenance and support and a complete marketing package with a combined retainer and revenue share package.

Since launching the site and taking over the online marketing for the business since July 2024, Lipton’s have achieved phenomenal growth.
