Established in the 2010, the business has evolved so much over the years and our mission is to help as many Shopify retailers as possible gain a sustainable competitive advantage in the search engines with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

The business name changed from Integrity Search Ltd to Kristin Mark Digital Ltd. The agency no longer just specialized in 'search' and the brand needed a more international appeal following in the footsteps of a person being the focus of the brand, as opposed to the company itself. Mark is Kristin's middle name and Mark is the name of our Operations Director who has been with the business since 2011.
We migrated our Shopify OS 1.0 theme to OS 2.0 and we added over 30 more speed, SEO and conversion boosting features. For a short period of about 6 months, we sold the theme to the general public as a lead generation offer. As our capacity to support over 400 themes became too stretched, we made a strategic decision to make the theme exclusive to URG 3.0 again.
We launched a premium service called design, build, optimization and marketing service called ULTIMATE Retail Growth where we helped start-ups, brands and independent retailers set-up or build higher converting Shopify stores in just 2 weeks (using our new Shopify theme)and then executed our multi-award-winning growth strategies. This service helped the business grow exponentially and we grew from 4 - 46 staff and brought on over 350 clients in a very short space of time. This period was at the start of COVID-19 and the ecommerce ‘gold-rush’ when everyone wanted to launch an ecommerce store. Scaling so fast came with it’s issues. By our own admission, we grew too big, too fast and we were not fully prepared. We lost control of our exceptionally high ‘service’ and ‘results’ standards and that ultimately caused a small number of unhappy clients, all of whom were dealt with in the most professional manner, we just don’t unfortunately respond to anonymous post and threads on forums like Redidt. All complaints received were from start-ups. We thought we were doing the right thing by helping Shopify start-ups but ultimately their expectations were too high and we should have been much more carefull with ‘screening’ and the type of start-ups we brought on during this period. Many of whom who are now established retailers and are still with us to this day as clients. We are not a ‘scam’ company and we take great pride in the service and results that we deliver for our many clients across the world. As a results of this experience, we learned, altered our business model and now only work with a much smaller number of clients who we know we can deliver results for.
We launched our premium Shopify 1.0 theme to a number of exclusive clients across the world through the brand Integrity Commerce®. It was the best Shopify theme for SEO on the market (and still is). It has AAP® technology; mobile-first design, sub 1-second page load, advanced structured data, it saves merchants over $3000 per year on SEO and conversion boosting apps, and is the only theme in the world with fully optimizable product filters which unleash 1000's more high-converting landing pages in the search engines - typically increasing a stores organic visibility by 1900% in weeks.
In 2013, we changed our registered business and brand name from Integrity SEO Experts Ltd to Integrity Search Ltd to reflect the specialist SEO and Google Ads services we were providing to our ecommerce clients who were now becoming a much larger part of our business.
Kristin incorporated the business on October the 25th, 2010 as Integrity SEO Experts Ltd. Back then, the agency specialized in SEO and lead generation for local businesses, several of them, still with the agency today including the likes of Hughes Removals of York, our longest standing customer for nearly 14 years.
